Salary:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position.

The range for this position is $30-$40 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.


Your areas of responsibility:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure timely and proactive maintenance activities.
Implement systems to monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies.
Conduct thorough analyses of existing manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance overall operational capabilities.

Work collaboratively with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and synergy in process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications we are looking for:
5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Progressive approach to maintenance and process improvement driven.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and components.
Ability to maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Knowledge of fire, life, safety and building codes and standards and ability to research and apply replated codes and standardsUnderstanding of Operational Excellence, an asset.
