Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regularly interfaces with internal and external community groups and organizations to promote and support the organizations overall recruitment efforts as well as branding efforts.
  • Maintaining multiple tracking spreadsheets and working within HRIS system.
  • Working with multiple social media sites, and internal databases, as well as attending and coordinating job fairs both locally and surrounding areas.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- recruitment and selection experience is an asset

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office required Excel is a must
  • Human Resource Management Diploma is an asset
  • Automotive Warehouse experience is an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and selfmanage.
  • Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Effective speaking and writing skills and the ability to address small and large groups.
