We are collaborating with a pharmaceutical client to find an Instructional Designer/Facilitator for a crucial training session. This session will focus on setting effective communication goals for customer meetings, empowering the team to establish strong connections with customers through strategic questioning techniques to gather important insights.

Throughout this project, you'll work closely with subject matter experts to create and deliver an interactive training program in Montreal. The goal is to help participants shift from just sharing information to actively engaging customers using questioning methods, including role-playing scenarios for practical learning.

Start Date: Mid to late June

Duration & Hours: To be confirmed by the consultant after an interview. *Facilitation dates are yet to be decided, but the client targets September.

Location: Instructional design work will be remote. Facilitation will take place in Montreal.

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing impactful training programs.
  • Strong facilitation abilities to engage participants in virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Experience in creating customer service and communication training.
  • Proficiency in designing and using role-play scenarios.
  • Capability to effectively scope projects and offer recommendations.
  • Prior involvement in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
