You will be a front-line team member that oversees field operations and focuse on installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and/or replacing electronic devices.

Your strong organizational and time-management abilities allow you to always deliver an outstanding experience to our merchants. You will report to the Team Lead, Field Operations.


Your Moneris Career - What you'll do- Efficiently troubleshoot problems related to multiple equipment and peripherals such as computers, printers, networks, cash registers and points-of-sale systems.- Analyze problems and make recommendations to root causes and corrective actions and always ensure that our merchants are satisfied with the issue resolution.- Install computers, printers, cash registers and points-of-sale systems and upgrade software.- Build great relationships with our merchants by maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.- Maintain organization of tools, equipment, materials, the company vehicle and the workplace.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring- Post-secondary certificate in electronics, information technology or related field.

Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution- Ability to test and solve problems related to computing and / or network and / or point of sale terminals (POS).- Knowledge of computers, general networking concepts, internet usage, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and to handle calmly and efficiently situations ranging from routine to emergency.- Flexible for rotating schedules which includes evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays (schedules are always communicated in advance).- A valid provincial driver's licence.
