Job Overview:

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations.

You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth transportation experience for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, following all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Transport passengers to and from specified locations, such as airports, hotels, or event venues.
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or belongings as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of passengers and fellow road users.

Skills:

  • Possess a valid G driving license with a clean driving record for 5 years
  • Demonstrated mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
This position requires physical stamina to load/unload luggage, stand for extended periods, and bend or kneel as necessary. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required.
