Pelican International is looking for a Thermoforming Operator to join its thermoforming team. We need you to ensure the satisfaction of our many customers. Kayaking has never been as popular as it is today

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS POSITION IS:

  • Participate in the manufacturing and assembly of nautical products: Kayak, boat, pedal boat, canoe, etc.;
  • Use manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools;
  • Adjust oven temperatures and other parameters;
  • Follow up on production (fill out various reports);
  • Carry out tests on hulls;
  • Lock out the machines;
  • Identify and solve common thermoforming machine problems;
  • Perform initial setup of a Twinsheet thermoformer;
  • Perform mechanical adjustments to a Twinsheet thermoformer;
  • Carry out tests and controls on the shells;
  • Accompany the assistant moulder in his development;
