About the Team and
Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.


As a valuable member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.


Your Role**:

  • Produce marketing collateral for digital and printuse such as flyers, posters, brochures and corporate communications like logo, media kits, presentations, brand/style guides, event invitations.
  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
  • Plan concepts by studying information and materials
  • Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style and related aesthetic concepts
  • Use graphic design software to generate new images
  • Mock up, paste and assemble final layouts to prepare layout for printers
  • Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services printers, etc.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, icons, internet websites and SharePoint sites
  • Create layouts for branded document templates including MS Office suite

About You:

  • You have 23 years of Graphic Design experience in digital and print.
  • Experience in financial institution is an asset
  • A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma of Design / Graphic Design, or equivalent
  • Completely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge in Abobe Aftereffects and Adobe Premier is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in daytoday interactions while being reliable, flexible and consistent with proven ability to work & collaborate with crossfunctional team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Are deadlineoriented and resultsdriven
  • Strong timemanagement skills
  • Able to thrive in a highpressure environment
  • Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines with strong attention to details
