Class 1 Driver - $29.87 per hour

Position Responsibilities:

  • To complete daily routes as assigned in a safe and productive manner.
  • Rotate customer's stock purchased from Dawn Food Products and provide courteous, professional service to all our customers.
  • Maintain proper paperwork according to D.O.T. guidelines and Dawn Food Products procedures.
  • Accurately delivery all product minimizing damage and invoice error ratio.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with the teams from customer service, sales and warehouse.
  • Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to delivery of product via carry in, twowheeler and power walker. The proper handling of cash and/or check payments from customers. Vendor pick up for product replenishment.

Position Requirements.

Experience:
Maintain a current Class 1 license with a minimum of 6 months experience and a clear driving record.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Team members must have the ability to move or lift product from 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to withstand cool and/or cold temperatures.
  • Must comply with IFS.
