Job Duties:
  • Maintain complete financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and employee filing using bookkeeping systems.
  • Establish, maintain, and balance accounts adhering to financial regulations and policies.
  • Prepare financial statements, trial balances, general ledgers, conducting financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Calculate and prepare checks for payroll, tax, and bills, handle financial operations for multiple companies.
  • Complete and submit tax forms, workers' compensation forms, and other government documents.
  • Coordinate budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Engage in continuous learning of new accounting practices and financial management techniques.

Job Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary school.
  • 2 years' experience in accounting/finance field.
