Responsibilities:
As an E-commerce Specialist at Norgen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving sales growth
Your responsibilities will include:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement.
Website Management:
Manage our e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
Product Listings:
Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Customer Experience:
Enhance the online shopping experience to delight customers and drive repeat business.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Inventory Management:
Work closely with our inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce, preferably in the life sciences or related industry.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for staying uptodate with industry trends and emerging ecommerce technologies.
