Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

  • Develop and maintain electronic applicant files. Inform the supervisor of data anomalies, patterns of inquiries and other relevant trends.
  • Communicate with applicants and licensees to obtain and update information, followup, respond to escalated issues and provide advice/interpretation of the College's regulations and policies.

This role will support our team by providing

  • Knowledge of government regulations and policies concerning immigration and citizenship policies
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of the College Act, regulations and Bylaws
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to collect and analyze data to shape recommendations for new and improved initiatives as well as to develop mitigations and/or solutions for potential issues occurring in daytoday operations
  • Decision making and problemsolving skills to investigate and resolve registrationrelated issues
  • Time management and prioritization skills to coordinate schedules and resources to ensure the timely processing of a high volume of examrelated documentation
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and respectfully
  • Written and verbal communication skills to prepare and communicate examrelated information

Required Education and Experience

  • College Diploma in business administration or the equivalent education and work experience

De quelle façon ce rôle soutiendra-t-il notre équipe?
Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice, demandes de permis est responsable d'assurer le traitement en temps voulu des documents concernant les demandes de permis pour l'accès à la pratique (p. ex. admissibilité à l'obtention d'un permis, vérifications liées à la bonne moralité, vérification du nom de l'entreprise).

De plus, le titulaire du poste a pour responsabilité d'effectuer le tri des courriels et des appels entrants, d'y répondre ou de les transmettre à la personne-ressource appropriée au sein du service.


Les responsabilités comprennent les éléments suivants (sans toutefois s'y limiter)

  • Traiter les documents pertinents (p. ex. demandes de permis) et exécuter les vérifications qui s'appliquent (p. ex. vérifications liées à la bonne moralité, vérification et approbation du nom de l'entreprise) conformément aux politiques du service et de l'organisme.
  • Créer et tenir à jour les dossiers électroniques des demandeurs. Informer la superviseure des anomalies relevées dans les données, des types de requêtes et des autres tendances pertinentes.
  • Aider la superviseure à préparer les documents destinés aux demandeurs de permis. Veiller à ce que les dossiers soient enregistrés correctement dans les bases de données et préparer les documents destinés aux nouveaux titulaires de permis (p. ex. Lettre d'autorisation).
  • Répondre quotidiennement aux courriels et appels provenant des demandeurs de permis qui ont des questions concernant les processus du service, notamment sur la façon
