Day Group's Timmins Division requires a reliable Lube Tech for work in a surface mining setting. The Lube Tech will be responsible for lubricating equipment and refilling equipment fluids.

Qualifications and Skills
A
lube
technician is expected to provide numerous different job tasks for our business.

  • Assist in repair and maintenance of a variety of heavy equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
  • Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
  • Driving to and from various local job sites throughout the city to perform maintenance
- services
- other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid G License with a clean abstract
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment maintenance
  • Surface Common Core an ASSET
  • Work in all weather conditions and various locations
  • Team player, ability to get along with a diverse group of people working towards a
- common goal

  • Ability to work independently and self motivated Wages commensurate with experience
  • Preemployment drug tests are conducted
