Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As a Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of the daytoday operations of the branch to meet or exceed branch operational and sales goals:
  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
  • Achieve asset management and market share goals.
  • Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the longterm success of the company, customers, and employees.
  • Be an ambassador of the business for the community and the customers it serves.
  • 5+ years' experience in agricultural equipment sales and service sector.
  • Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and experience in sales, parts, and service operations.
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problemsolving, and communication skills.

_ We will give preference to individuals with previous experience in agricultural and construction equipment sales, or with a machinery sales background and enthusiasm about the agriculture and construction industry._
