We are looking for an Engineer/APM Power User to join our team in Calgary, AB for a 12-month contract. Airswift, on behalf of one of our major Oil and Gas clients, has entrusted us with this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of reliability engineering principles and be proficient in using Meridium/APM software to enhance asset performance and minimize downtime.


Responsibilities:
  • Meridium Power User Expertise:
    Serve as the main contact and expert for Meridium software utilization, configuration, and customization.
  • Leverage Meridium tools to analyze asset data, detect failure patterns, and create predictive maintenance models for improved reliability.
  • Reliability Analysis and Optimization:
    Perform in-depth reliability analyses and use statistical techniques to identify enhancement opportunities and manage risks.
  • Implement strategies like RCM, FMFA, and Asset Strategy Library to optimize maintenance and extend asset lifecycles.
  • Data Management and Visualization:
    Apply data analytics and visualization tools to interpret asset performance data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Create dashboards to convey key reliability metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement asset strategies in GE APM application for efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Oil and Gas Refinery or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years' experience with GE APM Health, Reliability, and Strategy modules.
  • Familiarity with GE APM V5.1 and SAP ECC or S4 Plant Maintenance Module is advantageous.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in:
GE APM Health Manager, Reliability Analytics, Root Cause Analysis, Asset Strategy Management, Asset Strategy Optimization, and Implementation, Dashboard Reporting, and EAM/ERP.
