What you'll be doing

The Analyst, Business Analytics is responsible for assisting in data mining, reporting and strategic analytics.

The role applies basic theories to accomplish small scope assignments in a single area, providing timely, complete and consistent data reporting and analysis on a regular basis, leveraging internal systems and mining to compile reporting.

The Analyst, Business Analytics uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to provide decision-making support through analytics and commentary, assisting in metric analysis for requests received from the business.

In addition, the role collaborates to contribute useful ideas, assisting the team with the delivery of insightful analysis.

  • At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be onsite on an occasional basis (12 days per month)._
Please note this is a 10 month contract position.

  • You have a background in understanding operational processes, ideally related to alternate channels (telephone/online/mobile banking).
