Farmboy Fine Arts has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to champion client experience through the project lifecycle of global art collections and programs

The Role


The Project Manager is responsible for client experience in managing all assigned projects and developing strong partnerships with all project stakeholders.

Critical to successful project delivery, the Project Manager creates and manages project schedules and budget KPIs, this includes managing profit expectations (cost/ revenue analysis).

The Project Manager represents Farmboy's suite of services, leading project stakeholders through the project process. Key to this role, the Project Manager provides effective communication to anticipate client needs and manage expectations.

What you do:

  • Ensure the KPIs of the project are clear to project team, responsible for management of time by tracking team hours and the direct relationship to the project's profitability.
  • Owns client communication flow and documentation, proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis to ensure set expectations are met and includes sales and vendor partners.
  • Responsible for project scope management (schedule) throughout the project's process, beginning with discovery and concluding with successful project delivery.
  • Develops and manages master project plan & timeline in concert with project stakeholders, coordinates delivery of work and ensures all project processes are consistent with and support established goals, objectives, and policies.
  • Understands project profit expectations to ensure projects are delivered to budget, includes validating business development qualifications (BDQ), estimates, vendor cost of goods and producing formal quotations.

How you do it:

  • Leverage effective communication, project management fundamentals, including organizational skills to manage project scope and delivery successfully.
  • Takes a proactive, solutionbased approach to ensure projects are always moving forward and providing positive client experience.
  • Ramps up project setup in Farmboy systems incl. but not limited to project & opportunity codes and applicable briefing documentation.
  • Vendor management to support budget management including the completion of the request for proposals (RFP), request for quotation (RFQ), request for sample (RFS) and value engineering exercises to manage client budget and project profitability for Farmboy.
  • Specification design & development, providing VE & creative product solutions to aid clients with informed decision making of project scope.
  • Manages (in coordination with Project Procurement) client expectations regarding product lead times, delivery installation and any order resolution.
  • Follows Farmboy process and policy, and with continuous improvement of process in mind recommends changes to improve project workflows.
  • Collaborates with all project stakeholders, for example the scheduling and completion of project postmortems to support in the collection of learnings to impact new projects realtime and reflect on developed process.
  • Active participant in daily project needs, and other meetings and duties as required and assigned.
