Responsibilities

Match Purchase orders with packing slips and file as per procedure
Coordinate with stockroom team to help resolve Purchase order, packing slip or invoice discrepancies
Timely and accurate posting of invoices in Avantis
Daily reconciliation of Avantis data transfer to Mfgpro resolution of any issues in liaison with AP team
Prepare vendor reconciliations and resolve vendor queries
Manage receipts on blanket POs in collaboration with stockroom team
Manage Maintenance SPA box & forward invoices to relevant personnel
Support Maintenance business unit leader in executing GCS controls
Any other ad hoc task as assigned

Qualifications

Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
Strong technical accounting knowledge and Proficiency in Excel required
Aptitude to quickly analyze data, assess issues and risks and propose recommendations
Comfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
Supply Chain (Operations) experience
Ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
Post Secondary Education required
