Job Description:

  • Manufacturing Operator, Weekend Shift
  • Location: Baie D'Urfé, Canada; Onsite; 40 hours/week
  • Main responsibilities
  • Prepare and manufacture bulk products in strict compliance with procedures, safety rules, standards and good manufacturing practices;
  • Ensure the manufacture of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products using automated equipment;
  • Ensure strict compliance with established operating procedures and procedures;
  • Update all documentation associated with activities, according to the procedures in force, in compliance with cGMP's;
  • Record the time spent on the realization of the production in the Horoquartz system and justify the deviations;
  • Work interactively with all support services (warehouse, QA, validation, security, etc.);
  • Prepare, assemble, dismantle and clean work equipment;
  • Weigh the raw materials, defined in a recipe according to GMP's;
  • Ensure manual or CIP cleaning of the workstation and equipment;
  • Participate in the improvement of the workstation.
  • Basic requirements
  • DES, AEC or DEC in a discipline related to the position.
  • Relevant experience on automated equipment and systems in the manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is an asset;
  • Compliance with procedures, safety rules, standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's);
  • Sense of organization, rigor and professionalism.
