**Coordonnateur (trice) marketing pour le domaine esthétiques professionnelles**

La compagnie Silhouet-tone basée à Laval, est spécialisée dans la distribution de produits cosmétiques professionnels pour les spas et instituts de beauté.

Nous sommes actuellement à la **recherche d'un(e) coordinatrice pour la marque VIVESCENCE & Cabine Exclusive Canada.** Le/La titulaire du poste accompagnera, la Directrice de Marketing dans la construction et le dépoilement des plans marketing ainsi qu'à la conception et au développement des produits et des outils marketing. La personne sera également chargée de soutenir et accompagner les équipes commerciales.

**Missions principales**:

- Recommander et concevoir le plan marketing national en accord avec la stratégie et le positionnement de la marque.
- Participer au développement du portefeuille produit de la marque (analyse du portefeuille, développement des nouveaux concepts, étude de prix/positionnement, développement des nouveautés en collaboration avec le laboratoire).
- Développer, rédiger et coordonner les activités promotionnelles et communicationnelles efficaces et créatives pour le marché canadien.
- Coordonner le développement de nouveau matériel commercial et outils marketing afin de bien supporter les départements de vente et formation.
- Gérer les objets promotionnels, sets et cadeaux avec achat destinés aux marchés. Assurer la gestion de l'inventaire (achats et prévisions des stocks produits, gestion de la production).
- Préparer les plans stratégiques annuels de la marque et assurer l'exécution des stratégies directionnelles.
- Préparer les rapports et analyses reliés aux ventes et à la profitabilité des produits en vue de présenter le budget annuel.

Analyser des performances de la marque chez nos clients.

Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Exigences**:

- Bac en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe;
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en administration des affaires et/ou marketing;
- Expérience dans le domaine de la santé-beauté et/ou des biens de consommation, un atout;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Bilinguise essentiel (français anglais) à l'écrit et à l'oral;
- Vivacité d'esprit, bon jugement;
- Esprit d'équipe;
- Souci du détail, bonne organisation du travail, autonome;
- Excellente gestion des priorité
