A foundation based on process gives you the autonomy to determine if you are going to work with contractors to schedule updates, mentor a team member, problem-solve to stop scope creep, update those milestone submittals, or buckle down to get that monthly progress report completed.
Manage all phases of a project's lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring technical standards and client expectations are met or exceeded.
Provide strategic direction in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Lead, supervise, and mentor project staff.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Chair key meetings and drive effective communication and scope management.
Seek to enhance processes across the company, champion innovation, and uphold technical excellence in all project phases.
Post-secondary qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
~7+ years of postgraduate experience in project management, construction, cost consulting, or development.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder groups.
~ Proficiency in MS Office Suite
~ Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.
~ Extensive experience in managing project timelines, resources, costs, and risks.
