Position:
Catering Production Cook

Requirements:

Banquet Experience:
Proven track record in fine dining, banquet settings or catering companies. Experience as a banquet chef, chef de partie, or sous chef preferred.

System Adherence and Quick Learning:
Ability to seamlessly follow established systems while adapting and quickly learning new techniques and procedures.

Culinary Versatility:
Proficiency in a wide array of cuisines, ingredients, and cooking methods, bringing creativity and innovation to every dish.

Organizational Skills:
Demonstrated ability to maintain a well-organized work environment and efficiently manage tasks independently.

Volume and Variable Production:
Comfortable working in high-volume and fast-paced catering scenarios, maintaining quality and consistency under varying demands.

Related Experience:

A minimum of three years' experience in a relevant culinary role, showcasing your dedication to the craft and your journey of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with our culinary team to prepare and execute a diverse range of dishes for catering events, ensuring each dish meets the highest quality standards.

Safely and efficiently handle food preparation, adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Execute food production according to event specifications and recipes. Demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in meeting fluctuating demands.

Uphold our company's commitment to culinary excellence and exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to collaborate with our Executive Chef and at times contribute to menu development and recipe creation.
