The job starts at 8am to 5pm, including 1 hour unpaid break every Saturday and Sunday.Thorough cleaning of residential building common spaces, amenity rooms (included but not limited to laundry room, community/party room, guest room) and upkeep as requiredTaking out garbage Perform spot checks at building exterior/litterPost signs in the buildingCall companies for quotes if repairs neededDuties may change daily due to emergencies, leaks, annual inspections etc.
Service schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day (8:00 - 5:00 with one hour unpaid break)

Be Considered:
Minimum 1 -year building superintendent experience with cleaning experienceGood Communication (English speaking)
Able to use mobile applications and emailsHave a smartphone and data plan Willing to work as an independent contractor or Main Contractor (Business Owner)Maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy as well as a positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills.
If all the requirements are met you will get selected and we will propose you a first test job. We will walk you through the required standards and see if the cooperation works for both parties.
We rely on a tight network of highly skilled subcontractors who grow their business with us and to whom we provide regular opportunities to provide services for our clients.
