Forklift Operator Counterbalance & Reach
About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading food production and manufacturing company, is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join their warehouse team in Vaughan, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Reach Truck and Counterbalance experience who are looking for long-term employment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products.
- Pick orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete system transactions as required.
- Operate pallet wrapping equipment.
- Follow all GMP, Health & Safety, and company operating procedures.
- Support the smooth flow of finished goods and packaging materials throughout the facility.
- Report any quality, food safety, or operational concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Certification (Reach Truck & Counterbalance)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is an asset
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity

Pay Rate & Shifts
$26.15/hour + Shift Premiums
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
