We're searching for an Insurance Advisor - Online Auto. Are you searching for new possibilities?
Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Advisor - Online Auto for our Online Auto team based out of our Surrey Head Office. We are also open to considering experienced candidates who are able to commute to another Westland office in BC.
Do you love to talk about insurance and provide exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.
Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $21.20 to $26.50,with a 37.5 hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

As an Insurance Advisor - Online Auto, you will assist active clients with their Auto needs via phone and email and strengthen their relationship with the company.

- Insurance broker level 1 license
- 1 year+ of industry experience, specifically with ICBC
Once here, you'll:
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing your knowledge of ICBC regulations via phone and email
