Our ideal candidates will possess:

Grade 12 diploma Desire to learn, grow and succeed Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and crew building skills The flexibility to work all shifts or weekend clean-up. Valid driver’s license

The following will be considered assets:

Experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment

Blue Ridge is located near the growing, family-friendly community of Whitecourt, Alberta, and is a short one and half hour drive from Edmonton. Our mill and forest operations form an integral part of the community, providing economic stability to employees and families that live in the Whitecourt, Mayerthorpe and Blue Ridge areas.
