Responsibilities
⢠Provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks
⢠Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
⢠Admin, setup and clean up EA teams and sharepoint sites, JIRA and LeanIX tools
⢠Help Enterprise Architecture team members on creating presentation materials

Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:

⢠Provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks
⢠Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
⢠Admin, setup and clean up EA teams and sharepoint sites, JIRA and LeanIX tools
⢠Help Enterprise Architecture team members on creating presentation materials:
⢠Have experience using Microsoft M365 tools (eg, Outlook, Onenote, Teams, Word) and JIRA
⢠Good at listening, planning, coordination and communication
⢠Fluency in speaking and written English

Nice to haves
⢠Proficient and experience with producing professional presentation materials using MS Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
⢠Experience using Microsoft M365 tools (eg, Outlook, Onenote, Teams, Word) and JIRA
⢠Proficient and experience with producing professional presentation materials using MS Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI etc
⢠Good at listening, planning, coordination and communication
