P1: Monday to Wednesday (0600-1800)
P2: Monday to Wednesday (0830-2030)
P3: Sunday (1900-0700), Wednesday, Thursday (1930-0530)
P4:: Monday to Wednesday 0630-1700
Part- time positions we are looking to fillP5: Monday (1900-0700), Saturday (2030-0830)
What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?- Provide excellent customer service
- Access control duties
- Good and effective communication skills are required with ability to engage and to de-escalate situations
- Must provide high level of customer service in a challenging environment, greeting people and directing them to the right place.
- Will need to monitor site visitors, staff, Perform ID checks.
- Will respond to various site emergencies (codes), and when required, immediately coordinating with the site security and calling backup in order to ensure security of patients, visitors, staff, property and information.
- Will need to observe presence of any suspicious person, things, unusual activity, or issues if seen at the site, and respond to the situation, and manage immediate coordination and reporting to site security.
- Incident and daily reporting according to the site requirement and standards.
- Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- Must be ale to stand for long hours
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Parking facility is not available on site
