Position Overview:


We seek a highly motivated and experienced Professional Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate
will play a crucial role in advancing energy efficiency initiatives and contributing to deep energy retrofit projects. If you
are passionate about sustainable engineering practices and have expertise in energy auditing, energy modelling, and
HVAC design, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:


• Conduct energy audits and assessments for commercial facilities.
• Development and quality assurance review of energy audit and feasibility studies.
• Perform energy modelling and savings analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop preliminary design concepts for deep energy retrofits.
• Prepare detailed project specifications, cost estimates, and pricing for energy-efficient solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, codes, and regulations related to energy efficiency.
• Manage existing and new client relationships and support the team in developing sales proposals.
• Mentor and train staff members.
• Participate in strategic planning with the senior management team.

Qualifications:


• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in energy auditing, energy modelling, and HVAC design.
• Proficiency in software tools such as RETScreen Expert, EnergyPlus, eQuest, or similar energy modelling
software.
• Ideally CEA, CEM, or CMVP certified.
• Experience in developing project budgets and providing technical support to the project management teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
