THE OPPORTUNITY 
This position works out remotely from the GTA area and its surroundings in the Vascular division. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.

WHAT YOUâLL DO 
â¢Â Â   Provide technical clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1-2 Territory Managers;
â¢Â Â   Integrate into all accounts, build trust and relationships, establishe strong rapport with customers;
â¢Â Â   With gained product knowledge, become proficient in complex programming and case support;
â¢Â Â   Interact with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, purchasing agents and administration staff;
â¢Â Â   Develop interpersonal network organization (HCPs);
â¢Â Â   Develop knowledge in how to generate value thru digital tools;
â¢Â Â   Provide sales support, clinical in-services, training, and guidance to current or potential customers;
â¢Â Â   Attain to the sales/demand territory quota established, working together to achieve them with other sales team members (KAMs, RSM, NSM, Territory Managers) on the same territory;
â¢Â Â   Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned;
â¢Â Â   Comply with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments;
â¢Â Â   Staying apprised of the latest clinical trials and technology developments for Endovascular products, particularly on what is related to Supera® Self-expanding Stents, Amplatzer® Vascular Plugs and Perclose ProGlide® and ProStyle® suture-mediated closure device;
â¢Â Â   Develop a personal education curriculum;
â¢Â Â    5%+ of time should be devoted to studying the latest clinical updates on Supera, Plugs, PAD, SFA and related diseases;
â¢Â Â   Integrate with the nurses/ techs at the hospital, and become a clinical resource for accounts performing peripheral intravascular interventions. Scrub-in, when applicable, for live cases to support effective use of Abbott Vascular peripheral technologies;
â¢Â Â   Operate the CRM (One Force customer relationship management) system and ensure information is available with the company on a timely and accurate manner;
â¢Â Â   Be accountable for knowledge of company travel and expense guidelines;
â¢Â Â   Follow travel and expense guidelines and submits timely expense reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
â¢Â Â   Bachelor's degree;
â¢Â Â   1-3 years of relevant experience;
â¢Â Â   Valid Driverâs License and willingness to travel up to 50% (varies) of the time in the assigned territory;
â¢Â Â   The ability to handle a diverse and complex workload, largely in a clinical environment;
â¢Â Â   Work equally effective in a team environment and independently;
â¢Â Â   Excellent presentation, leadership and coaching skills and ability to work in a complex environment;
â¢Â Â   Experience running and executing programs for Health Care Practitioners and other stakeholders;
â¢Â Â   Understanding and experience working with basic computer software like the Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
â¢Â Â   Experience in a hospital, or a similar role (preferably Interventional Radiology suite, Vascular Surgery Operating Room and/or Cath Lab or other related healthcare company technical setting);
â¢Â Â   Experience in a hospital setting with Cardiovascular procedures;
â¢Â Â   Interventional Radiology suite, Vascular Surgery Operating Room or other hospital technical experience;
â¢Â Â   Experience on influencing and/or changing stakeholders habit.

â¢Â Â  Previous experience working in the medical device industry (preferrably in the vascular space).
