About this opportunity:
We are inviting talented individuals to apply for the role of NPI Solution Architect with Ericsson. This critical position necessitates effective collaboration with our Business and Market Areas, as well as other entities within, while continually maintaining close customer contact. The Solution Architect will assume responsibility for leading new product solution introductions during the testing phase, firmly supporting marketing and product release activities. Complying with group, legal, and financial directives, as well as global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) regulations, data security, privacy, and established processes and tools, is an essential part of this role.
What you will do:
- Analyze, plan, coordinate, and lead preparations and development, including validation of services and solutions alongside documentation, in support of sales, marketing, and product release phases.
- Develop technical knowledge of the end-to-end solution to bolster the building and global strategic capabilities, acting as the primary interface for technical discussions.
- Act as a mentor/coach to others, ensuring adherence to related processes and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of strategic capabilities across global organizations, supporting the development of Delivery Readiness Plans through early solution testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Assume overall responsibility for the introduction of solutions, leading troubleshooting, and development efforts, from RandD to live portfolio, to reinforce value recognition and expedite time-to-market.
The skills you bring:
· Education: Minimum Master's degree in electrical, computer, or communications engineering field
· Domain experience: Must have experience in RAN, RF & Network Design Optimization
· Minimum years of experience: 2+ years of network design and integration in areas related to RAN solutions or RF optimization.
· Solid knowledge in 5G and RAN in general is a must.

Base Salary starts between $116,000 to $145,000, with a 10% annual bonus structure
