DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

Le ou la technologue en génie électronique devra assurer le fonctionnement de pièces d'équipement et de systèmes commandés par microprocesseur dans les établissements de soins de santé afin de veiller à ce que l'environnement des patients soit bien entretenu et bien géré. La personne choisie devra assurer le bon fonctionnement de pièces d'équipement et de systèmes qui servent à prévenir les infections associées aux soins de santé et au contrôle des maladies infectieuses, ainsi que des systèmes qui protègent la vie et la sécurité des patients, des membres du personnel et des visiteurs.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Effectuer l'installation, la programmation, la mise à l'essai, l'étalonnage, la surveillance, la modification, l'inspection et l'entretien préventif ainsi que les réparations d'urgence d'un grand nombre de systèmes et de pièces d'équipement électroniques ou commandés par ordinateur qui favorisent la prestation efficiente, efficace et sans danger de services de soins de santé pour assurer l'obtention des meilleurs résultats qui soient chez les patients.
  • Lire et interpréter des manuels détaillés et des circuits schématiques pour diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre des problèmes complexes avec les systèmes et les pièces d'équipement.
  • Collaborer avec les ouvriers spécialisés et les entrepreneurs en sous-traitance au sujet des composantes électroniques et des dispositifs d'instrumentation des pièces d'équipement.
  • Devoir fournir de l'aide technique, des directives ou de la formation à d'autres utilisateurs cliniques ou participer à l'orientation d'autres membres du personnel, au besoin.

QUALIFICATION PROFESSIONNELLE

  • Diplôme de niveau ET-01 d'un programme reconnu de deux ans en technologie du génie électrique OU un programme de deux ans en technologie de contrôle industriel; ET attendre son titre de technologue professionnel(le) de la Société des techniciens et des technologues agréés du génie du Nouveau-Brunswick (STTAGNB).
  • Certificat de professionnel de la technologie du génie électrique de niveau ET-02 et membre en règle de la STTAGNB.
  • Capacité de se présenter régulièrement au travail.
  • Capacité de s'acquitter des fonctions du poste.
  • Bons antécédents de travail.
