Responsibilities
â Analyzing and documenting current and future state environments
â Documenting and articulating desired outcomes, business and technical
â requirements, gaps, risks and impacts
â Managing engagement with various IT and business stakeholders
â Understanding and translating business and technical requirements
â Engaging with resources as required
â Coordination
â Working collaboratively with other resources within CSDS and other stakeholder organizations
to support shared deliverables and goals.

Qualifications
â Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Business Analyst role
â Proven business analyst experience on projects of similar scope and size.
â Proven analytical skills and experience working in a large, complex business/organization.
â Ability to work with multiple business stakeholders and elicit business needs.
â Strong communication skills (oral and written).
â Strong business / technical documentation writing skills.
â Ability to deliver under tight timelines
â Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
â Experience working with a team that could be remote at times
â Proven track record of successful client engagements
â Prior experience working with public sector is desired
