Our client, a leader in the Education industry, is looking for an an Instructional Designer to help produce end-user training materials .

The Instructional Designer/Developer will work closely with the Project Manager, Business Process Lead, Organizational Change Management lead and the Ethical Education and Compliance Advisor (the Subject
Matter Expert and ultimate owner of the training content) to develop the suite of training materials as per the strategy and approved training plan. The role is focused on the production of content within aggressive but achievable timelines for an experienced resource who can learn quickly and leverage the guidance of the collaborative project team.

Advantages
- This is a HYBRID contract with the expectation that the consultant will be on-site for 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
The instructional designer will help produce end-user training materials in time for our mid-Summer 2024 launch of their new online tool to automate the creation, submission, review, approval, and ongoing administration of Human Ethics research protocols.

The Instructional Designer/Developer will work closely with the Project Manager, Business Process Lead,
Organizational Change Management lead and the Ethical Education & Compliance Advisor (the Subject Matter Expert and ultimate owner of the training content) to develop the suite of training materials as per the strategy and approved training plan. The role is focused on the production of content within
aggressive but achievable timelines for an experienced resource who can learn quickly and leverage the
guidance of the collaborative project team.

Qualifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate brings demonstrated and recent experience in:
- the design and development of a variety of learning solutions, from synchronous classroom options to asynchronous self-paced content.

-An eye for detail and documentation standards will be critical as the research community will expect role-based, easily navigable, and precise materials.

- The candidate must be able to confidently record and produce learning videos and guide others through this process, as these will be the cornerstone of the training plan.

-The candidate also brings graphic design and layout skills to produce visually engaging
presentation materials, quick reference guides, and process depictions.
