Responsibilities
⢠Review existing business processes and identify changes as a result of cloud migration;
⢠Provide recommendations on to be processes based on analysis of current processes and business needs;
⢠Work with the project team, business leads, subject matter experts from the Labour program and IT leads to Document business requirements for implementation by IITB programmer and other staff;
⢠Provide expert advice on business requirements, process design and efficiencies to be gained through various process and workflow scenarios;
⢠Document requirements in MS DevOps; and
⢠Transfer functional and technical knowledge to the project team and client staff through individual and group training, demonstrations, written instructions and documents on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the project.

DELIVERABLES

⢠Workplan outlining the assigned area of analysis based on initial assessment;
⢠Document future state business processes, work flows, user stories, solution requirements documents and other business processing mapping artefacts, using method and standard set by the project;
⢠Document requirements to support system changes required for cloud migration, e.g. user interface changes, changes resulting from functionality differences between the legacy and cloud platforms;
⢠Document outlining associated risks and mitigation strategies for proposed implementation plan;
⢠A status report on a bi-weekly basis, documenting the progress of the work described above in tasks, including difficulties which may affect overall schedule and planned tasks for the next reporting period

Qualifications
Candidates must offer 10+ years preforming the following:

â¢Developing technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies for organizations or major application areas to meet business and application requirements.
â¢Identifying the policies and requirements driving out a particular solution.
â¢Analyzing and evaluating alternative technology solutions to address business problems.
â¢Ensuring the integration of all aspects of technology solutions.
â¢Monitoring industry trends to ensure solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology.
â¢Providing information, direction, and support for emerging technologies.
â¢Performing impact analysis of technology changes.
â¢Providing support to applications and/or technical support teams in the proper application of existing infrastructure.
â¢Reviewing application and program design or technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and to recommend performance improvements.
â¢Conducting knowledge transfer and coaching of team members.
