Responsibilities
â Supports a highly complex agile learning project by iteratively assessing learning needs,
recommending solutions broken down into 2 week increments, allocating work and delivering
timely, high quality, consistent, learning solutions that positively impact company's business
metrics
â Ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex information and theoretical concepts
while applying clear language principles
â Effectively collaborates with multiple stakeholders at all levels
â Ability to review source content and requirements and identify learning needs
â Works directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture content-specific knowledge
â Designs and develops engaging, interactive blended learning solutions ensuring learning and
performance objectives are met
â Ensures learning solutions align to companyâs brand, learner accessibility and principles of
diversity and inclusion, leveraging established standards and guidelines and achieve success
criteria while managing scope, risks and stakeholder engagement, and problem resolution
â Leverages best in class common practices, agile processes and measures across the
design/development function
â Provides deep subject matter expertise in learning and performance consulting, including
knowledge of external best practices and emerging trends; maintains best practices in agile
instructional design and development and program evaluation and measurement

â Provides design and development thought leadership around how to effectively design and
develop in increments and/or industry knowledge and participates in knowledge transfer within
the team
â Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
â Protects the interests of the organization â identify and manage risks, and escalate non-
standard activities/concerns as necessary
â Maintains a culture of risk management and control
â Adapts quickly to change, effectively reprioritizing work based on shifting requirements and
needs of the business

Qualifications
â 8+ yearsâ experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer
â Working experience designing and developing learning solutions on an Agile Team - 8 years
â Demonstrated ability to design and develop in iterations
â Advanced design skills in creating high quality, fully accessible learning deliverables in all
modalities (i.e. e-Learning instructor led - classroom & virtual materials; and self-led learning,
etc.) â 8 years
â Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex,
fast-paced transformational projects â 8 years
â Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) experience
â 8 years finance/Banking industry experience
NICE TO HAVE:
â Skills developing eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of products
â Skills developing videos using a variety of products (Adobe suite, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.) - 1 year
â Experience creating learning content supporting the nCino system
â Working experience writing and updating stories (work) JIRA
