Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Osteopathic Practitioner to join our growing team in Oakville, Ontario. This role is ideal for a practitioner who is deeply passionate about the principles of Osteopathy and is eager to apply a holistic approach to patient care. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and multidisciplinary cooperation. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who wish to make a meaningful impact on their patients' health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' structural and functional imbalances.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and osteopathic cranial techniques.
Work closely with patients to educate them on their conditions and provide guidance on exercises, lifestyle changes, and other complementary therapies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
Maintain detailed patient records and track progress over time.
Stay informed about the latest research and developments in manual osteopathy and related health fields.

Qualifications:
Licensed Osteopath from a recognized institution.
Certification or registration with a recognized osteopathy association in Ontario.
Strong foundational knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.
A commitment to patient-centered care and a holistic approach to health.
Previous clinical experience is an asset, but motivated new graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and proven ability to retain patients through effective treatment and empathetic patient care.
