Are you ready to suit up?

We are currently looking for Full-time and Part-Time Mobile Security guards for Health Care Parking Security to work at one of our Health Care Setting in Winnipeg. As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.

Full Time Permanent Schedules we are looking to fill
  1. FT 1 : Monday- Friday (0730-1530)
  2. FT 2 : Monday- Friday (1530-2330)
  3. FT 2 : Monday- Friday (2330-0730)
Part Time Permanent Schedules we are looking to fill
  1. PT1 : Saturday & Sunday (0730-1530)
  2. PT2 : Saturday & Sunday (1530-2330)
  3. PT3 : Saturday & Sunday (2330-0730)

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?
  • Mobile Parking Patrols as per post orders and as instructed by Supervisor
  • Traffic Control
  • Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
  • Providing Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas.
  • Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills.
  • Employee work alone process.
  • G-Track Patrolling will be done as per site orders.
  • Between the patrols parking at a spot mentioned in the site orders.
  • Performing Vehicle inspection at the start and end of Shift.
  • Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices.
  • Adhering to all Company standards and Site orders.
  • Be a good deportment.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • 1-2 years experience as Security guard in Customer facing roles .
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Parking Facility for personal car is not available
