Account Manager Commercial Roofing, Service Division
Come join our growing Service Team in London
Day in the Life:- Help grow and build our Roofing Service business- Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients- Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders- Attend association, industry, and networking events- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client- Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels

Technical Skills and Responsibilities:- Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner- Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner - Ability to conduct presentations virtually - Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
What we are Seeking:- Roofing knowledge is required- Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business - Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)- Clear understanding of contract documents
