MANDATE

  • Provide technical support to employees for computer equipment as well as internal systems
  • Participate in the preparation of material and provide local support mainly on workstations, conference rooms, printers and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)

PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience as a computer technician
  • Experience in Windows, Microsoft 365 and Apple iOS environment
  • VoIP telephony support skills, fax machines, printers
  • Autonomy and ease of communication
  • ITIL, CITM, etc. IT certifications. (asset)
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
