SCM Enrollment Administrator
On behalf of our client Procom is looking for a SCM Enrollment Administrator for a 12 month contract in downtown Calgary.

SCM Enrollment Administrator Job Details

Reporting to the SCM Manager of Master Data & Enrollment, this senior role entails supporting supplier enrollment within the Supply Chain Service Center (SSC) to ensure compliance with Cenovus's standards. The position involves maintaining approved supplier lists, handling legal name changes and ban/probation requests, and driving process and system improvements across the organization.
The successful candidate will administer the Supplier Enrollment process, manage supplier status updates, and ensure effective system and process integration across various platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, ARIBA, SAP, and ISNetworld. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

SCM Enrollment Administrator Mandatory Skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Service Now, ISNetworld, ARIBA, SAP ECC, and/or S/4 Hana
• Proven ability in Supply Chain Management processes and systems
• Strong competency in managing complex data and analytics
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills

SCM Enrollment Administrator Desired Skills
• Previous experience in Supply Chain Management / Procure to Pay
• Familiarity with Pre-qualification and Enrollment of suppliers
• Business Process improvement experience
• Knowledge of Master Data governance
• Data manipulation, analytics, and dashboarding capabilities

SCM Enrollment Administrator Start Date
Anticipated start date is June 2024.
