Position Overview:We are looking for a meticulous Procurement Coordinator with strong analytical abilities to join our team.
The Procurement Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement processes and actively seek opportunities to enhance these processes and sourcing strategies.
Additionally, the Procurement Coordinator will engage with both external suppliers and internal teams to foster and strengthen supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
- Gather and process data from various local and global systems.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare timely reports, including Spend analysis, category spend reports, savings tracking reports, and compliance reports.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy and punctual delivery of all reports and presentations.
- Perform compliance analysis and collaborate with stakeholders and procurement managers on action plans.
- Present data reports to Sourcing Managers and Head of Procurement.
- Manage internal and external procurement communications and track processes (e.g., policy training, stakeholder engagement, supplier communication).
- Lead or assist in various procurement initiatives by collaborating with teams across local and global settings.
- Support market research and engage with suppliers during early sourcing stages (RFI, potential supplier sourcing) under the guidance of Sourcing Managers.
- Provide general support to Sourcing Managers and Head of Procurement.
Qualifications
- Proficient in data management and analytics
- Fundamental understanding of business principles
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
- Knowledge of ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, etc.
- Effective interpersonal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken â business level); proficiency in French is desirable
