We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relief Part Time - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Hospice team at Delta Hospital located in Delta, B.C. This relief position is available until approximately March 31, 2025 or Return of Incumbent.

Detailed Overview
Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team; performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.

Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
