We currently have opportunities for Agribusiness Assistants at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres located throughout Saskatchewan. Richardson Pioneer offers new graduates a multi-dimensional, one-year development program with exposure to major areas within agribusiness and agronomy.  Agribusiness Assistants (ABAs) will experience a number of challenging positions within our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres. This one-year program is designed to help ABAs identify their specific career path in:\r

Responsibilities:\r
\r
\r
\tThe Agribusiness Assistant will gain experience in crop inputs, agronomy, grain handling, customer service, grain grading, grain blending, grain marketing, sales, operations management including exposure to budgeting, business planning and scheduling.\r
\tQualifications:\r
\tGraduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industry\r
\tInterest in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing\r
\tStrong sense of initiative\r
\tExcellent customer service\r
\tLeadership skills\r
\tAbility to work as a team\r
\tOrganized and detail oriented\r
\tA valid driver's licence is required\r
\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills\r
\r
\r
 \r
\r
