1. Lead and inspire landscaping crew
2. Work alongside leaders using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, brick installation tools, blowers, and pruning equipment
3. Tasks such as painting, pruning, and minor concrete repairs
4. Engage with customers to address landscaping issues
5. Foster team spirit
6. Ensure health & safety compliance
7. Ensure quality work on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
College diploma in horticulture or equivalent

2-5 years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading

Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents

Estimation, design skills, and health & safety experience are assets

Able to lift or move over 25 pounds

Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
