Bakery Plant Supervisor

Requirements of the position:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Several years (2 3 years) of experience in the food, beverage or associated products processing industry are required.
-Proficiency in English is required.

Main duties:
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who process, package, test and grade Inno foods products;
-Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
-Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
-Requisition materials and supplies
-Train new production workers in job duties, safety procedures and Inno foods' safety policy
-Prepare production and other reports.

Working hour & Wage: 40 hours per week (full-time/permanent position), $25 $29 per hours depends on experience

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee and Extended Health Benefit.
