is looking for 1 Transportation Manager Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Day Wage Rate: $49.50 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a transportation company Set operations, policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods Oversee the dispatch, maintenance and service of vehicles Control the departmental budget Monitor companys or departments performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies Recruit personnel and oversee their training Ensure transport compliances with regulations Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit Requirements: Education: Completion of High School is required, Bachelors degree or higher education an asset Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience. Languages: English Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines Essential Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, initiative, organized, flexible, team player Other: Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Benefits: Relocation cost is covered up to 45%. Medical and dental is covered after 3 months. $50 Reimbursing cell phone bills every month.
