Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
â Provide strategic financial leadership and insights to clients.
â Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to each client's needs.
â Oversee clients' financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
â Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements for clients.
â Advise clients on cash flow management, capital expenditure, and risk management processes.
â Coordinate and lead the annual audit process for clients, liaising with external auditors and their finance teams.
â Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures for clients.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
â Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
â Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Director, or in a senior financial leadership role.
â Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
â Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
â High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
â Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
â Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, financial modeling software).
