YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Camp General Supervisor , you will be part of the Camp Department. They play an important part in providing administrative support and assistance to the Camp General Supervisor. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Manage all camp administrative tasks:
o Time entries, reports, invoices, Intranet updates, signages, etc.
Assist the General Supervisor with:
o Camp-related projects,

o Operational decisions,

o Camp capacity management.
Provide support and training for Front Desk Agents, Follow up on camp deficiencies and preventive measures with the infrastructure maintenance team and planners, Manage, track and optimize orders and inventories:
o Assist the Inventory analyst and purchasing department as needed.
Manage lockers and luggage rooms, Manage camp requests from workers and other departments, Coordinate on-site visits for camp suppliers and specialized contractors, Manage camp-related communications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Degree or Diploma in Administration or related, Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities, Skills:
o Customer services,

o Communication,

o Organization,

o Teamwork,

o Flexibility and adaptability.
Experience working in a multicultural environment, Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Note that the official working language at Meliadine is English.

Your Work Schedule:
Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest; Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
