  • Préparer des demandes d’homologation des nouveaux produits auprès des organismes de réglementation (Santé Canada et FDA);
  • Rédiger les documents nécessaires selon les exigences de ces organismes réglementaires pour les phases précliniques, cliniques et CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing Control / Chimie, fabrication, contrôle);
  • Organiser et effectuer les audits internes et externes;
  • Participer dans la qualification des fournisseurs en performant des audits externes;
  • Mettre à jour les plans de formation et donner la formation au personnel;
  • Lead/participer aux inspections (GFCO, Pro-Cert, Santé Canada, FDA, etc…);
  • Rédiger des procédures (PON) nécessaires liées au système qualité;
  • Assister dans l’évaluation des risques des changements et des déviations;
  • Vérifier la conformité du dossier de lot des produits fini;
  • Documenter et coordonner les rapports d’incident et de non-conformités en respectant les délais;
  • Documenter les actions requises de la déviation planifiée avec les responsables;
  • Approuver les déviations et assurer la communication aux responsables;
  • Autres tâches connexes.
Key responsibilities
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales ou BAC en transformation des aliments / Diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques de diététique ou équivalent ;
  • Minimum de 8 années d’expériences dans un poste similaire;
  • Expérience dans une usine de produits laitiers ou probiotiques, un atout ;
  • Connaissance approfondie des Lois et Règlements sur les Aliments et Drogue, P
  • Bilingue Français et anglais (oral, écrit).
