Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Academy Canada in search of a Small Equipment Service Technician Instructor.

Contract:

January 2024 to August 2024

9:00am - 3:00pm -- 30 hour work week

Remote Allowances: Various remote allowances are offered with the position including: Flights, Accommodations and Meal Allowance.

Competencies

• The Instructor plays a vital role in the proper delivery of Academy Canada's programs. The position includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Program preparation and delivery, including the development and/or maintenance of course portfolios and proper maintenance of a teacher planner
• Completion of all preparatory work exclusive of regular student contact hours
• Maintain student records/files as per College policy
• Conduct and record student evaluations, both academic and practical
• Properly maintain current student attendance records and report concerns to the Records Coordinator
• Monitor student progress and ensure that administration is made aware of any student concerns in a timely manner
• Properly manage student grades
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• The successful applicant must have six years education and work experience combined with a red seal designation for at least two years.
